The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
- Attendance to all sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
- Meeting material
- Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception (to be selected when registering)

Registration does not include the conference dinner and the concert.
Tickets can be purchased for a fee of €100 per person for the dinner and €25 per person for the concert at time of registration, subject to availability.
Please note that hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
Terms and Conditions of Registration
Before you proceed with registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully: Notification of cancellations should be made by email. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time.
If you register we ask you to fill in your professions. This information will be collected for scientific reasons. Your profession will be mentioned on your congress badge.
The registration fees are not liable to VAT.
Student fee
Please send in a letter of your University to confirm you are a student. Please send this letter by email to: s.verkou@pauwelspco.nl.
Cancellation – Registration
- Up to and including March 30, 2017 the registration fee will be refunded less €50 administration fee.
- After March 31 and before April 15, a 50% refund on registration fee will be made, less € 50 administration fee
- After April 15, 2017 – No refunds on registration fees will be made
- No shows will not be refunded
Payment of Registration Fees
Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and VISA Debit card
Not accepted: American Express, Switch, Solo or Maestro cards
We also accept invoice payments via bank account, cheque or credit card and we would ask that everyone MUST have paid in full prior to the conference.
Invitation letters (for VISA purpose)
Please feel free to ask for an invitation letter which you can use for VISA purpose.
However, this invitation does not constitute any financial obligation on behalf of the organizers for the registration fee, accommodation, travel cost or other budgetary matters.
